Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product. Many products sold by EMSC Auto are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty and are subject to the manufacturer's specific terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Where applicable, products are covered by the warranty provided by their respective manufacturer. Warranty periods and coverage can vary significantly between brands and products.

Manufacturer warranties may cover defects in materials or workmanship but generally do not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, accidents, neglect, racing or competition use, normal wear and tear, or use outside the manufacturer's intended application.

NEED TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

If you believe a product purchased from EMSC Auto has a manufacturing defect or qualifies for warranty coverage, contact us and we'll help you determine the appropriate next steps.

Please provide:

• Your EMSC Auto order number

• Product name and part number

• Vehicle year, make, and model

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the problem, when applicable

• Installation details or supporting documentation, if requested

Providing complete information helps us review your request and work with the manufacturer as efficiently as possible.

HOW WARRANTY CLAIMS WORK

Once we receive your information, we'll review the request and, when necessary, coordinate with the product manufacturer or supplier.

The manufacturer may require additional information, inspection of the product, proof of professional installation, or return of the defective item before approving a warranty claim.

Approval, replacement, repair, refund, or credit is subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty policy.

INSTALLATION & FITMENT

Proper installation is important for both performance and warranty coverage. We strongly recommend that automotive parts be installed by a qualified professional when appropriate.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect vehicle application, unauthorized modification, or improper use may not be covered under warranty.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Unless specifically covered by the manufacturer, warranty coverage generally does not include:

• Abuse, neglect, or misuse

• Accidents or collision damage

• Unauthorized modifications

• Damage caused by another failed component

• Cosmetic deterioration from normal use

• Labor, installation, removal, towing, or other incidental costs

• Racing, motorsport, or competition use where excluded by the manufacturer
